Hi interlaaken, I'm also in Lakewood & have 10 chickens. We got our first six at the age of 5 months in March. The other we got a few days old in early June. We're having a lot of fun. Btw we live off of nyanza. We've also noticed quite a bit more predator action..... The usual coyotes...- Blendine
