    Thank you, that was the first thing we checked and all clear. She still looks happy and healthy today! I guess we may need to start a diary on her and see if we notice a pattern in dietary changes and/or weather.

    My only other thought is she was hypothermic but it wasn’t that cold out. 40-50’s and they’ve survived the subzero temps and snow days without issue.

    Trying to figure out the breed of this chick. Thought at first it was maybe an Australorp, but I am having second thoughts. Anyone know? Mostly black with black feet a little bit of yellow under neck and belly.
