I have 3 girls and one of them has lost a significant amount of her feathers under her wings only.
I have been reading about Molting and It seems she should be staring on her head? I would not have known unless I performed my regular check up on them one day.
You have to really lift...
She might.......would take close and patiently careful observation to determine just what or why.

Thanks everyone that's exactly what I did mixed it up. These pellets seem so much more cost efficient wish I would of known about it before. I'll keep mixing till they get it down.
Wondering if anyone has had any luck changing layer food from crumbles to pellets?
I just discovered pellets today at feed store, bright it home and my girls are looking at me like I'm crazy. Should I just let them deal with it until they get hungry enough, they will adjust?

Thank you. I really don't give many treats. Grapes once in awhile. That's about it. Do you recommend a different feed for them? Or just stay with the layer and no grapes or other treats?
