    Found our silkie hen with large swollen bumps on her ears, face and neck. She recently had an injury to the top of her beak a few weeks ago that seemed to heal quickly, and now these swollen areas. Tried hydrocortisone, what else? Antibiotics? Please help.

    He goes crazy when he is separated from the hens, but I could. What would I be looking for when he is separated?? He just had 6 chicks, 3 of which are also showgirls. None of the chicks look like they have issues.

    Silkie died - 3 days of lethargy and heavy breathing

    They don’t get all of those treats every day. Just when I pluck a flower on the way to the run or when we were training them to come when called. I didn’t give them medicated feed at first and they had nasty, runny poo. Treated with Corid but haven’t had a problem since.
