Chicks should be ok I just hate running the generator for 1 thing lol There was a wave reported off the or coast that was 40ft high! The fishing opener is Saturday but we canceled already because it's supposed to be 17ft waves... No thank you! Lol- CharterChick

Hatching in Classrooms
I take home all the chicks we hatch. I let them grow to 14-20 weeks and sell the pullets and eat the cockerels. The kids take a field trip to the farm to see them grown before I sell them/eat them.- CharterChick

Hatching in Classrooms
The teacher called me and said the kids are still expecting them to be chicks still because they've only ever seen bigger animals and people grow... the chicks are now chickens and the girls have started laying lol I have 2 incubators but I'm down to just chickens... I have 17 BBS Orps loaded...- CharterChick

Hatching in Classrooms
How did the hatch go? The preschool is coming out for a field trip tomorrow to see the change on the farm from fall to spring and see the chicks they hatched all grown up! I just happen to have chicks right now and a few in the incubator set to hatch tonight/tomorrow!- CharterChick
