It is!!! Those little fluffy butts are so darn cute. They now all are starting to get their tail feathers in. The Buff Orpington's got theirs last, between the 3 types that we got.

Friend of a friend of a friend has some very nice birds just down the road from me.

FBCM = French (feathery feet) Black Copper Marans.

I have 4 Favs (1 of which has been broody (and broken of it) twice), so I had assumed one of them would go again. But they threw me for a loop and it was my Speckled Sussex that has decided to lock herself down on the nest.
