    November/December "Hatch-a-Long"

    HAPPY to see a lot of chickie mommies and daddies having a few birthdays today ;) We hatched 9 yesterday threw last night and early this morning!! Still waiting on more the next few days! Its our first incubator hatch. We're hooked ;)

    I am in late day 2 of lock down and my humidity is stuck at 55! I have a moist wash cloth in there, two small dishes with water and areas in bottom of bator fill! Temp is a steady 100. Help I'm worried!

    OMG im jumping out of my skin! ;) I CANT wait to see what we get. Im being very optimistic! We have 24 eggs in there. During candling they looked great! Crossing fingers and getting anxious!

    what can I use in bottom of bator during hatch

    I have seen some people use shelf liner to help new chicks stand easier then on the grate. Can I use a kitchen towel or sheet of cotton fabric? Is that safe to keep in the bator during the lock down days? Any other ideas??
