Hi! And welcome to our Spot here on BYC! We live in the rural area of Aztec/Flora Vista, New Mexico, which is nice since there aren't to many Livestock Restrictions for us. Most of our neighbors have chickens, goats, horses, cows, Peacocks, Donkeys, and all sorts of interesting critters.

The judge was very friendly and helpful answering questions. I do wish they kept an attendent in the building. I had to speak with a child harassing the birds.
I know how the kid thing can go... Granted not all kids are bad but every now and then you get the ones that when out in...
Is it possible he has a little Bantam in him? One of our neighbors has a bunch of Bantam's one Roo that I've seen so far and the coloring is very similar to you gorgeous boy... The body shape if definitely different than Banty up the road from me and I believe the leg color is off (I usually see...

I think I know which article you're referring to. If I'm right, it was only for his 3 day wake, and he was embalmed through a special process: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26290833/

While most Funeral Homes are definitely in the business purely for the money I have to say the company I work...
Here's a couple more close up's of his Comb Sorry it took me so long to get them (CWCD decided that the camera looked tasty;) ) I'm sorry if I can't honestly say his comb is a single or not (I'm pretty DUH when it comes to anything other than a dog or a cat ) I was hoping to have learned more...
I chose both for a few reasons....
1. I live in New Mexico but my family is on the East Coast in PA and NJ, so I'd like my kids and my hubby to be able to "take me home" cheaply and easily if we are still living in NM IE: Cremation.
2. If we are "Home" in PA I'd like to have a Traditional...
Our "little Chicken we call Dog" has grown quite a bit since I was able to be here last! He is deffinately a Roo with a very hearty crow at 5 A.M. every morning now. His feathers are comming in beautifully with the prettiest shades of tan or "gold" I have seen in a while. our only question left...
We wanted to go but had some issues crop up with work, kids, and an ex from hell so couldn't go Hopefully next year will be better and we can make it there though.
