    If he is fine in the water and its a nutritional problem... over time it should be okay..... being in the water can be a kind if therapy for him ....of course this is just my opinion

    My hens sit on shelves with ramps that go floor to shelf and then shelf to. The shelf on the other side. I opened the door just in time to see a chick fall out of the nest roll down the ramp miss the other ramp hit the ground and take off running.. About four feet from nest to ground..horrified...

    I know that my grey drake is at least two years old..and my cousin gave the others too me when he moved.the white ones are a different breed .they all get along....I didnt know if that was a dominance thing or what

    I have heard that you can tell by their legs hens have thinner legs..roosters have thick legs...my chickens are still young a lot with thick legs .So im waiting to see if this is correct
