SECOND UPDATE: I don't think it's wryneck...he has his head straight now. He just won't walk...I've flgavs him sugar water but he drinks very little and he doesn't eat. Overall he's chirping away and flaps his wings when I pick him up

I would bet he’s just in shock. Keep him warm and separated from the others, dark area if possible, and he’ll perk up soon.

Depending on how long he was hanging there ..he also might be a little sore
