Hbhoffman, that last one isn't lavender, but splash. We actually thought the same thing though and held off on giving him away because we thought he might actually be a hen... He turned out to be 100% rooster. We finally found a good home for him after he started crowing.- cocoganger

We have three roosters that need new homes ASAP. They are all absolutely gorgeous birds, and super friendly. We've been planning on letting our silkie hatch some fertile eggs for ages. She's gone broody so many times in the past and we've always had to break her, but our schedules have finally aligned and we're ready to get some fertile eggs... and then our other silkie decided she would go broody...- cocoganger

RIP Mary Poppins
After over a year with our flock, we lost our first chicken last night.
