    My quail are picking the feathers off their heads. what can i do?

    We have 10 quail unsure of the sexes, but 5 are getting the feather picked off their head. They started breeding a few weeks ago. I'm getting about 4 eggs a day. So I'm think I have 5 female without feather on their heads. Is this from them breeding? Or can it be from to many males in the pen?

    Thank! geting more and more eggs each day. Up to about 50 eggs a friend been giving me some eggs. Been turn them 2 times a day. they are in the a/c (74 degrees) it not 70 but it's the best i can do for now looking at the pics i think i have a few pullet eggs and one egg fills like it is empty...

    my pekin ducks wing is hanging down and she is sitting on her but

    She is now missing. They run around the yard and pond. I feed them starter feed and corn. They all are about 12 weeks. I thinking a fox or a bobcat got her, but know feathers in the yard, pond or woods not sure. if she was sick or not. Do think she will go off in the woods or somewhere to die ?
