WHat does spradled mean?

I just hatched 14 chicks in my incubator, but one can't really walk. At first it would try to stand and then fall over backward. It can get around the brooder, but I think it will die. It can get water and eat, but not really walk. Anyone have this happen?

Which end of the egg goes down in my auto turner in my incubator? I'm thinking it's the pointed end, but could be wrong.

These chickens literally have no feathers on their wings and backs. No blood, just no feathers either. Very strange. debbie
