I am curious, the brooder does not have roof and that side lattice they can surely jump over. Do they stay in the brooder?

Ah its lunch time here.😁 I have out some wire to divide a section in the brooder and put her in there. They kept flying out the box also. I have honey but no blue dye. Another options.

What should I do, she has bleeding either side of her face and I have seen one other chick peck at it? I tried to separate but she just cries and wants to go back with the others. She is in there now.
