I have one Guinea in with my chickens. He was fine. No signs of a problem then on Sunday he was sitting in the coop (I thought maybe he was a she and was laying.). Then he did have a discharge from his beak late afternoon and died by evening. What could cause this? None of my other chickens...

Update. I had him separate and he was standing, ate a little and even drank from the sponge But before bed he was on his side breathing heavy. I wanted to see what happened in the morning but he didnt make it through thr night. Poor little guy. Thanks again everyone

I was afraid I would have to cull. Now he is just laying on his side because he can't use his leg. (which I'm going to try to bandage now and I separated him because the other one is stepping all over the little guy. I will try nutridrench but when I try to get him to eat or drink he does not...

I did check for lice/mites and didn' see anything. But will check to dust her anyway if able for her age. I cleaned her backside and she is clear now. She has since gotten up, moved around and had runny poo. I will medicate her with corid especially if it can' hurt. Thanks for all the help
