    Can't even count them anymore... At least 13. A couple are still zipping, but the first ones to hatch are probably getting hungry by now so I think a trip to the brooder is inevitable. Looks like maybe 5 or 6 late quitters, but the ones who made it are adorable! I'll get pics tonight.

    chknut- I've had some that hatched with a fair amount of membrane/umbilical cord/unidentified goop attached, and they turned out fine so long as I left them alone.     Candled for the last time, took out one more early quitter and went into lockdown yesterday, and have actually managed to get the humidity to hold reasonably well (unlike my last 2 hatches).     So I set 25 eggs, assuming that some of them would be infertile... 24 developing eggs, from the looks of it, and 1 blood ring. I guess this is what happens when you have 4 roosters. Here's hoping the EE & araucana roosters are the culprits for at least some of them
