    Broody chicken....?

    Well this evening my broody hen was out in the run eating and just having a good ole time. Sun goes down and she is in the box on 2 eggs. I put her up on the roosting bar and put eggs in the house. Hoping if I keep moving her to the roosting bar; it will help her to snap out of the broody mode.

    We did take out the golf balls this afternoon. When we came home this evening she was in the box. Did her growling thing. I pushed her out of the box and put her on a roosting bar. She has never done this until recently. My other ones get in the box; drop their egg and scadaddle.

    I tried using homemade laundry soap but wasn't pleased with how the whites look, otherwise Id be all over it to save money. The individual pudding cups, I don't buy often.
