about 3 1/2 months is their age...It's the same one in the pictures..well except the picture where there are 2 birds. I wanted to be able to compare tail and possible saddle feathers.

Yeah, I won't do that again, adding chickens to the flock is stressful for me and for them. Now I'm going to worry about what's going to happen to the darn rooster when I return him.
I bought this chicken as an older PULLET, I have my doubts. Not crowing, not that I've hear and I'm told the way the Polish chickens are even hens can have longer feathers. About 4 1/2 months, maybe a bit older. What do you all think? It's a hatchery bird I'm pretty sure. Sweet as can be though.
Makes sense, thank you so much. One side is kind of large, and I was thinking she was older too. It was tricky though cause she's not real big for a barred rock and the rooters she was with were clearly young. I'm not very good at this but I'm pretty sure I'm right about that. No big deal...

Well thank you for your help in a guess. She/he was with some young roosters that were CLEARLY roosters. I hadn't written her/his number down so when she came up for bidding she looked so different and I loved barred rock I went for it. I wondered why she went so cheep but I got her/him home...
