When do these ship?

Thus is what it looks like. It's almost as if whatever was after her shred everything down to the bone and left it hanging.

It looks like whatever grabbed her leg and it shredded the tissue and everything off the bone.

Has anyone successfully amputated a chicken from hip on? We had one attacked last night and it leaves me wondering if we should go ahead and amputate or kull. She was standing on her good leg and hopping around. I suspect some of that was endorphins. Any advice?

We woke up around 3am to find something after our hens. We found one with all the muscles scraped off her upper leg. I've seen a one legged chicken and a one legged duck before. Should we amputate the total leg or kill it?
