Would it be overkill to use both? I already wormed with Valbazen and doubled the dosage for my turkeys because from what I remember that is what you need to do for turkeys. Everyone seems fine a couple days later...I had my oldest rooster acting drunk like he couldn't get up and then wobbled...
Thank you Judy! No help here so I'll have to figure it out. Do you know if the Valbazan helps with Coccidiosis? While my chickens don't have a problem my turkeys are starting to have some spots of blood in the droppings.
For any wound on a chicken, turkey, goose or other fowl I've always used Vetericyn Hydrogel. You spray it on - no need to clean the wound so less stress for the bird. If you can do it 3 X a day until healed you will most likely be blown away at the success and speed of healing unless of course...

Luckily I just moved two weeks ago so I may be able to get this under control without having to use to many chemicals on my birds. Thanks for the replies and I will order that wormer tonight!

I live in NE Texas and raise free range chickens, turkeys, guinea, and I'm a new mom to a couple Emu chicks.
I have some purebred Blue Splash Ameraucanas (two nice roosters for sale), my main Rooster is a Barnevelder, and I have a bunch of "Easter Eggers", and lots of "mixed" chickens. When...
