Thank you :) Im not sure what the white stuff is.. Possibly lots of little eggs but not an egg sack as such I've treated them all today It definately started working straight away the lice were literally falling off them Not sure whether or not I should cut that white stuff off? Any ideas??

Ooh also meant to say that for the last few days I've only been getting 3 eggs a day when I normally get 4 Would this stop her from laying? Thanks

Hi Everyone Today I noticed this on one of my hens Im guessing its lice/mites?? Not sure which one.. Can anyone confirm what exactly it is & how to treat it? Only 1 out of my 4 hens seems to be affected..

No eggs yet! Do they normally take a while to settle in & start laying?? They are hi-sex browns :)

Just popping in to say g'day to all :) I'm new.. In Perth NOR I picked up my flock of 4 this morning Very exciting! I've just locked them up for the night Hopefully will have some eggs in the morning!

Hi Everyone I'm new to the forum & super excited to be getting some chickens on the weekend! Can someone please let me know how many highland brown hens they think will fit in this coop? I have quite a large secure run for them (22ft long x 4ft wide) They will only be in the coop at night time...
