    I bought some araucana some months ago..just started getting eggs...im so disappointed..i was told these were blue layers and the only thing ive got so far is green..my other araucanas are pure and lay beautiful blue eggs..id rather not have greens eggs..that not wat i was wanting and i was told...

I too lost my favorite black doubled hen the other day...it looked like she just sneezed and fell of her perch in the middle of the night..she was almost ten so it was probably old age or a heart attack..but...

    Madame D'uccle is having an issue with her eye...looks like a sack of somesort..it's getting larger..i've gave her a fowl pox shot about a week ago but it seems to not helped. I've got a couple of anitbiotics here at home. Any words from anyone out there?...thanks for any help you have to offer.

    Ok..she's been walking like she's got a brick in her britches for about 3 weeks now..she eats and drinks..she looks so uncomfortable...i assume it's egg binding because i have'nt seen one of her eggs in a while and i've treated her..twice today..once for 15min and once again about 4 hrs later...

    I"ve put her in a storage tub in the shower tub..filled it up about 75%..put her in it...she kinda floats but she can stand up...she's not made a move...i covered her up with a towel and she seems to be meditating?..i did'nt feel an egg but she's walkiing around like she's got a brick in her...
