I have a pair of Silver Phoenix I got as chicks last year. I hatched out 5 eggs and got 2 chicks with lots of red around neck and 2 chicks with lots of white olny around neck and 1 chick that is almost all white. Chicks are 6 weeks old. How can this happen.
I have 13 Bobwhite i4 males and 9 females in a flight pen on the ground with good cover. What's the odds that they will lay and hutch they own eggs? Thanks for any input.
Yea I remembered planting them one deer season. While sitting one day I watched a covey of bobwhites feed on them. So if wild ones will eat them mine hopfully will too
