    I just got 12 baby turkeys and i am now down to 8. I dont know why but they keep dieing . They will be fine and then a bit later they woulnt walk and just lay there . Could it be that they are just the runts or what. Please help

    I was worried about the same thing with my mallards but the drakes seem to know whats going on and protect their mates. I would just watch it an see how it goes.

    WOO HOO todays great!!

    Well I walked in to check on my birds and found one of my mallard hens siting on her eggs i was jumpin for joy. Finally she does what she is sopoused to do. Also my eggs in the bator are all showing veins. All i have to say is today is a great day!!

    we my mallard hen is up to 9 eggs and still isnt siting yet. Could the drake have something to do with this? or does she just need more eggs. Also i found 2 or her eggs away for her nest is this normal?

    Well my mallard hen has being lay about a egg a day and she is now up to 6 eggs. I was wondering how many she will lay tell she starts to sit. Also to i need to take the drake out of is he fine to leave him in there.

    i was wondering why my drakes end nail on his feet are down to nothing and are bleeding. Just wondering what could have caused this.
