    Double yolkers quail eggs!

I would like that. I'd love eggs this big every day! I'll have to figure out for sure which little lady it is, I have a guess, so I can get specifically her eggs to hatch next round(obviously will try to get some that are not double yolk for hatching, but her eggs are 1/3-1/2 bigger than the rest).

Wow, another huge egg from one today(3rd day in a row now, pretty sure it's the same girl). And looks like a double yolk again! Will know tomorrow.

    Double yolkers quail eggs!

My newest baby quail started laying a few weeks ago and today I was making eggs, and found not one but two double yolkers(from the past 2 days). Is this common for some quail? Never had any doubles before and two in the eggs from two days. I've got a special little lady!

    Two story coop question

My little coop is 4x4 (40 inches tall or so) and it's up 34 inches in the air. I am debating closing in the bottom as a second coop space lifting it a few inches off the ground. So about 4 inches up and about 30 inches tall. It would be 4*4 as well obviously. The entire run is covered, aluminum...

    Toys for my baby chicks.

My chicks like this ramp I had laying around. It's a piece of wood on a block at an angle. They love to climb it or jump off it or try to fly into it. I have a metal washer that's shiney on a sting too but they only occasionally seem interested in it.
