Definitely fix holes in coop and run... I had two weasels last year and they can fit in holes small as your thumb they have the ability to flatten themselves out.. could be a mink too. Need to put smaller mesh you and make sure there is no holes... I would try to get a small live trap and wire...

I have had 3 dogs that were allowed near my chickens... during free ranging and my lab husky mix was the best... the chickens loved her she was old and tired. She would nap in the yard with the chickens walking all over her... the chickens trusted her followed her around everywhere like mother...
