I have a I have a going on day 2 with corid. It’s not drinking or eating at all. I’m syringing the water mixture into it mouth. It is safe to dose with 2-3 drops to help it get a boost?

Also I’ve introduced 2 ameracuna chicks in the last month. They are 3 months old. Had them separated totally in the coop for about 2 weeks. They have been allowed out to mingle recently while I was around to watch. All has been well so far. They are the once I suspected with coccidia.

I can get pictures today. I feed scratch occasionally. But in the last few weeks not at all. Banana.. squash.. they haven’t free ranged in almost 2 weeks. The hens range from 1-2 years. Hen with swollen feet is just over 1. It’s both feet that are equally swollen. That’s what makes he think gout...

Looking into brooding chicks in a mini coop this summer. I’m in Florida so it can get pretty hot. As long as they have ample ventilation and protection from the weather I should be ok correct?

Hey! Well.. I had mine separated for over 2 weeks with supervised visits in the brooder. They would be ok for 20-30 min. Then bully would go right back at it. And not let up :/. I ended up rehoming the bully. It broke my heart to do it cause it was so sweet with me. Just not nice to the chicks...

I’m pretty confident she has sour crop.. absolutely have liquid coming from her beak.
