    How much did it cost for you to build your own coop?

    I'm in planning process right now.. So far I'm calculating around 453$ for post and hardware cloth for just my run... I wanting my run to be 30x20 and 6ft tall.. I have 26 chickens coming in March from McMurray hence the big run in all my coop repairs and run build I estimate be around 600$....

    So I think I ether have a raccoon or a possum killing my hens in there coop..I have lost one a night... Idk how in the world they are getting in. Anyone have any special tricks to catch them I have one live trap set already all suggestion would be awesome thanks!!

    What would be the most cost efficient way to get 15 week or so hens most of mine were taken out by predators and when I finish rebuilding I want to get some hens around same age as my survivors any suggestions
