    How to stop a roo from crowing? Any ideas?

    My rooster crowed all night long even without something to wake him up. If your close to neighbors you may want to think of something because I ended up having the town come and harass me. :mad:

    Ok for chicks to go outside now?

    People stress too much about bringing their chicks outside, naturally they dont have any heat lamp over them or anything, they dont need one at all in NJ this time of year, if they get cold they huddle together and stay warm.

    Im getting more chicks that are being pecked at, are you sure the shoe polish is safe? It seems to make sense that it would cover the wound and heal it but Im kind of nervous putting anything on them that i wudnt use on myself. Please someone reply ASAP this is getting out of control.

    I will try and get them some grass to keep them from being bored, also do i have to buy special grit for them if i put some grass in there for them? im assuming the grit from their feed isnt enough?
