    Can somebody tell me how to pronounce Dominique. I have heard people say it like dom-eh-nick, and dom-eh-neek. I know the nickname is dominickers, so the first would make since. We just got some and would like to know whats correct.

    I am new to chickens. I just ordered Dominiques. I was curious though, how common is the Dominique breed. I read they were nearly extinct, but there popularity has made them rebound.

    I ordered 25 Dominique chicks from tractor supply. Tractor supply gets them from privett hatchery. Tractor supply is just a middle man.

    SHED CONVERSION SUGGESTIONS?

    Jetdog- that's is a good idea. At very least building some storage bins for feed and tools would be beneficial. My wife also mentioned maybe mounting a brooder box on one of the open walls. Thanks for the input!
