    What about spraying them with liquid seven instead of dusting them. I'm talking about using one of those pump sprayers. Would this be harmful?

    I think my hens may have lice. They have little black specks all over ther head and beaks. How do I treat this? They have not layed a single egg in 2 months. They went through a molt earlier. Does lice affect their egg laying. Thanks so much for your help!!!!

    I have a hen that seems to be panting all the time. It is hot here but the other hens seem to be doing fine. She kinda stays to her self and doesn't move around alot. What can I do?

    This is kinda graphic but I need some help!!!

    They free range every afternoon from 3:00 until dark. I am feeding them layer pellets. They also get a little bit of chicken scratch. They have a really big pen so I know they have plenty of rooom. This is just really frustrating.

    My poor rooster has lost all of his feathers. I can even see his skin and it is a bright red. At first I thought he was molting, but now I am worried it might be something else. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? This has been going on for about 6 weeks.

    My poor rooster looks awful. He is losing all of his feathers. Is this what molting is? I have 18 hens and they are fine. Do you think he is overworked & stressed? It's kinda sad looking.
