Got some newly hatched Silkies last night. SO adorable, my first ones of this breed. They are all 1 day old or less. At what age can you tell if they will be bearded or not? Also, how early can you tell their sex? Any tell tale signs they may be one or the other?

Thanks for the pictures! Yeah, these guys(or girls) are getting more and more really dark feathers in. So I am now positive they are not Buff Orps. Bummer. But they are still cute and pretty friendly. Now to figure out what they really are! Here is a new pic of them.
Thanks everyone. We were skeptical about them. But they are SUPER friendly, and sweet. We are praying they are all female and don't end up being loud mouths, so far they are pretty quiet.
We just got a 2.5 week old Bantam and are unsure of the breed. This little one was half the size of the others that were the same breed, and all the same age. We think maybe a runt?? I know Bantams are small, but this guy is TINY. I have attached pics of it by itself and with my Buff Orps...
