    We saw nothing unusual. We don't really know what to look for. There were no worms or anything like that. She did have a whole egg still in her.

    We had a problem with our septic tank :barnieand had some sewage leakage. As we were fixing the problem the chickens drank some of the water that had run off from the sewage lines.     We got it built today but some of the nipples drip. It's on the outside of the coop so it's not a big problem but we can't figure out why some of them are dripping.     Height of nipple drinkers???

    We are making a nipple drinker out of the PVC pipe and nipple drinkers and was wondering how high to put it? In the pictures it seems the pipe with the nipples is pretty high over the chickens heads. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Someone that raises chickens just told me that horse feed has the same things in it as laying feed and that is what he feeds his laying hens. Anyone ever heard of this?
