    Hatching problems - help??

    They can take quite a while to zip out! I had a pip yesterday morning, thought it would be the first one out. 2 others pipped, zipped and hatched, and the first to pip was e last one out yesterday :) don't give up hope. Chirping is a great thing!

    I should also add that last week, one of the Windows on the top of the bator fell out when I placed lid down to candle before lockdown, so the temp got down to 93 for about 14 hours. I am thinking this could cause some late hatchers.

    Hello! We have 12 eggs in our bator. Today is day 23. We had 3 hatch yesterday on day 22. One in the morning around 11, then around 430 and last around 7pm. This morning those 3 are all fluffed up running around the bator. I have no more pips! I'm getting worried nobody else is going to hatch...

    Hello I have a chick who hatched 3 days ago. She had an injured hock. I suspected a slipped Achilles but wasn't sure. I brought her to the vet yesterday who said she has less then a 50% chance of recovering. He said he thinks its just an injury from being Born, maybe cut on the shell. Anyway, he...
