Hi My poor call duck had been sitting on her first ever nest for weeks but unfortunately the 2 ducklings that did hatch died before we realised they had hatched and she abandoned her nest and it seems the other eggs are not going to hatch. So no ducklings at all unfortunately. Now I'm wondering...

The eggs are in a friends incubator so not sure about any movement though they didn't feel like it when I collected them earlier. The mother duck is just outside now with the others so I don't know really if she is wanting to mother any or not, so sad it didn't work out after all her hard work.

Hi thanks for reply Amiga. They are fed later pellets and I also give them lettuce leaves,cut up grapes and peppers and tomatoes .I have it set up so they can feed off the pellets when they want and then I go in with the extras once or twice a day. I'll try staying in there for a while each day...

Hi hoping someone might be able to help... We got 4 call ducks few months ago,all was good,they were loud and quacking away and when ever I'd go into the pen they'd run up close to see what food I'd brought them. Then one got sick ,think may of had an egg problem,not sure but she unfortunately...
