    Why won’t my hens roost?

    Hi folks, I have six young hens about 1 1/2-2 months old. They all are able to get up on the roosts we set up but at night they still want to sleep in the pine shavings in the floor of the coop. I don’t want them to get mites etc. Any suggestions?
