Comb injury

One of my hens had a cut on her comb, I put A and D ointment on it it seemed fine now the comb is turning white. Should I be concerned?

The only discoloration I see is at the tips of the comb. Could be from mild infection, or low blood circulation.

I'd would've suggested Triple Antibiotic Ointment, without pain relief.
