we are new to the AZ area. We are up in the white mountains, moved here from NY. Right now we have 22 chickens, not sure how many hens/ros, since most are straight run. We are getting ready to hatch more also. I dont think we will raise tukerys here, main reason I cant find any. We raised them...

One hatched overnight :) Hoping some others will join the party..

One of my eggs hatched :) So excited. But found out we are moving in a year so I am not adding any more to my flock, I can't image moving with to many chickens.

Still no pipping form my eggs. But loving the snow we are getting.

Well two just started rocking so maybe??

I haven't done anything yet. Trying to hold out hope for late hatchers. Most are dark brown so not sure I will be able to candle well. I was thinking about maybe egg-topsy laster this week to see. How late can they hatch, or well how long should I hold out hope for?

I ordered some day olds(meat birds) and hoping to have my eggs hatch soon. MY house has been crazy, sick kids, family visiting..

I think so. I never candled them like normal.

And nothing. I have the temp right the whole time. Humidity was right where it was to be too. Starting to think it is me LOL. There isa dozen and I listen to hubby and never candled them. With the last batch I knew the issue this time I can't figure out why not even one is starting to pip...

Well gave up on my eggs. Hoping to get more monday though to try again. The ladies have started giving me 3 eggs a day instead of 6(6 hens). Although a friend just lost all but 1 of her hens so I might give her two of mine. We aren't sure what got them but they have been gone over 24 hours no...

Well nothing and they were due 4 days ago. :(

OK one is moving in the egg, well two are at lest so maybe a few made it after all.

I did once but close to the heat issue and half were doing good. I didn't after cause I got really sick and didn't want to touch them.
