we are new to the AZ area. We are up in the white mountains, moved here from NY. Right now we have 22 chickens, not sure how many hens/ros, since most are straight run. We are getting ready to hatch more also. I dont think we will raise tukerys here, main reason I cant find any. We raised them...
One of my eggs hatched :) So excited. But found out we are moving in a year so I am not adding any more to my flock, I can't image moving with to many chickens.
I haven't done anything yet. Trying to hold out hope for late hatchers. Most are dark brown so not sure I will be able to candle well. I was thinking about maybe egg-topsy laster this week to see. How late can they hatch, or well how long should I hold out hope for?
And nothing. I have the temp right the whole time. Humidity was right where it was to be too.
Starting to think it is me LOL. There isa dozen and I listen to hubby and never candled them.

So cute. My girls refuse to go in the snow unless I trick them with some scratch or treats and even then my one won't as soon as she see snows under her she runs back lol
