    Temp dropped to 95 for 5 hours.

    Just making sure here, but I took out the egg turner and went to bed. As I should have expected the temp dropped a little bit. Im raising it back up right now. I'm sure they are OK, but another person saying it would make me feel a bit better.

    Long story short, I think the wireless temp thing got stuck under the egg turner and it couldn't turn for like 3-4 days? I just candled them and 35 out of 48 are still alive. I saw many moving so they are alive as far as I know. Will the little buggers be ok?

    Hello friends, I am using an exoterra hydrometer and I don't know if its broken or what.I barley have any water in the incubator and its hitting the 80 on this thinkg. Am I reading it right? Im picking up the eggs today and putting them in tomorrow. Fast help please.

    Thanks for your reply. The chicken run in right next to the deck, so she runs over for food and water. We are worried about her because it is getting so cold out and predators. We do not have a rooster and do not have a big enough coop for one.
