    thanks for the link, none of those poops look like our poops. they're totally round, maybe some oval. not moving and all over but not covering the poop. i'll just watch and see if it comes back again, then I'll get a pic. thanks again!

    I purchased a couple new hens this weekend. They're both just about laying age. I noticed a pile of poop that has little round specs (larger then grains of sugar) in it, all over it.
