Einstein is an old bird. He has had arthritis for about 2 years now. I am not sure what to do to help him, but if he gets bad enough and can't walk, I will have to put him in a cage and bring him inside here. LOL Yes, I have two Lucy's. LOL The quail Lucy really knows her name too and comes running when I call her!!! LOL
Sorry I made you sad about Tillie. LOL But yes, she is sad. Every time I go up to the coop I get her on my lap. She enjoys that. But other than that, I really don't know what to do to help her either. I would think that eventually she will heal.
Love your profile pic!! So adorable! The quail are hanging in there. Einstein has arthritis pretty bad, but he is still able to hobble around and sometimes even comes out into the run. His mate Lucy is doing well. Simon is as crazy as ever. LOL That bird is going to live to be 10 years old!! Ha!
