You are very welcome Sarah! Any time I can be of help, just let me know. Yes, I hate shoveling snow out of the run. LOL I used plastic last year and then a big wind storm ripped it all off. LOL So I ended up hanging tarps off the hardware cloth. So I think I will do that again this year. The windows seem to do ok with plastic on them, but I guess the bigger areas catch more wind. My girls are slowing down on the laying too, well not the BRs. They are still laying strong. But the BA's are slowing way down and Pearl is a mess of molt! Looks like someone is plucking a chicken in the coop every day! Ha! Miss Molly is doing a bit better these days too.
Ok Sarah, have a quiet restful evening and keep your eye on weekend, it is right around the corner!!

Hi Sarah! Glad to hear you are not as tired. It is hard to function with a tired body and brain. LOL I am doing well today! It was 24 freezing degrees this morning. LOL So time to get out the heated water bases. I covered the windows of the coop with some thick plastic to let in light and keep the freezing breezes out. Today it is about 50 degrees and sunny. So a very nice day. Got the flock outside for a bit. I need to get the quail coop cleaned out today after I get done here. How is your flock doing these days? Are you still getting lots of eggs?
