ROFL....LOL...Well, the first fly is good!!! Just got the babies back into the brooder. Next week they will be out in the coop at night...YAY!!! I am weaning them off of heat and light this week. I am ready for them to stay in the coop instead of shuttling them back and forth from the building to the coop and run!! How are you this evening??

Did your babies do anything egg-citing today? My little "Lucy" caught her first cricket today!! I am a proud momma.

Yes, I was going to ask you that....if the babies stayed with the adult flock or not. I have to supervise my flock on free ranging too because of all the predators. I will have to get them all out one of these days. Great that your babies are doing so well!

How cool your babies new to get up next to one of the adults!! My babies will be 5 weeks old tomorrow. Still too tiny to be with the big girls. My adults would trample these babies to death yet. LOL I am shooting for 12 weeks of age, but I may have to wait til 16 weeks depending on how big they are. So your babies free range with the big girls with no issues? Maybe I should try getting everybody out together and see how they are.
