    Quote: I sell mine for $2.00 and they are free range with commerical feed also. Funny yours went for the pepper plants. Green/Red peppers are about the ONLY thing my chickens wont get near...LOL

    Owls killing chickens/guiena's in trees

    Does anyone have idea's how to keep an Owl from picking my birds out of the trees at night. I have 5 chickens and several guiena's that roost in the tree and they keep getting picked off one by one. Most go into the coop, but I have some diehards that love the tree. PLEASE HElP:(

    First eggs, one huge

    I have had 2 huge eggs this year like that. I'm not sure if my Buff or barred rock laid it. They both had double yolk. I was so excited but felt bad for the old girl. LOL

    I just ordered 6 buff's and 4 guenia's. I have 4 adult buffs, 2 adult barred rocks and one a adult mystery girl who raised my last 9 baby guenia's. When I bought the babies the hen came as a package deal so I have no idea how old the guenia's were when the hen took over.....Question...
