    Yes thays what I thought, I've been reading so much recently and my hunch was right No hens in or out and I'll be on the lookout for nee symptoms once they are well again :( My light sussex has swollen eyes but this was a photo from a couple of days ago. Vet says they're actually very healthy...

    I did think so, she was very different looking to the other one. This photo was aged 11 weeks. Pullet on the left, rooster on the right I think, although when the guy collected the rooster he said she was a beautiful hen!!! I kept quiet Sent from my E6853 using Tapatalk

    I had two chicks from day old. Both light sussex. One got red comb etc early on, and lack of tail feathers. He was obviously a cockrel/rooster and I had to rehome him before he strted crowing. So this is Leia, who I'm sure is a hen but for some reason I'm nervous that I've got it wrong LOL...
