hello I bought some safeguard for goats I have had chickens for about 3 years and have never NEEDED to worm them and by that I mean I've never seen any worms in dropping or had any health issues up until about 6ish months ago when I bought some adult birds and in my ignorance I didn't practice...
hello I was searching craigslist to pass time and came across some chickens for sale one of the pics looks "off" to me is something wrong with this hen? Her head looks swollen or something but im a novice so maybe this is the way this breed looks?
*not that it is impossible I know that it can happen but I was just curious because I know that colors to make a difference as to if they are ready to hatch or not it can be days between eggs hatching in the same clutch although I know that's not ideal it does happen.
I wonder what happens if one is ready to hatch but the other isnt like what if the second hasn't absorbed its yolk yet and the other one starts hatching and perhaps damages the veins or yolk of the other? it seems like the stars would have to line up for both to hatch.
thank you guys I appreciate the replies. I was able to find what I needed locally I couldn't figure out how to cancel this add from my phone but I am on a computer now and will delete it. again thanks!
Lanolin is from sheep's wool it's the oil from the sheep's oil glands. Kinda like how ducks and chickens have old glands that they use to keep their feathers healthy and waterproof.
