something wrong with this hen?

hello I was searching craigslist to pass time and came across some chickens for sale one of the pics looks "off" to me is something wrong with this hen? Her head looks swollen or something but im a novice so maybe this is the way this breed looks?

Looks like something may of stung her. She looks very swollen.

I agree that she looks swollen around the head and face. Such things as swollen head syndrome, respiratory diseases, and insect stings may cause that.

I thought so too...I don't think they know since they don't mention it in the ad at all...
