Is there even a yolk inside? Sometimes chickens lay tiny eggs that dont even have a yolk. If it doesn't have a yolk then it could never become a developed embryo.

Definitely a cockerel. As for the breed, I have never had cuckoo marans but i'm pretty sure they arent supposed to have green feathers.

First looks like a cockerel. That's a big comb for 7 wks. I don't know anything about polish but the second one's wattles look pretty red so maybe cockerel. Last looks like a pullet.

Be aware that silkies are more prone to predators than standard chickens. They can't see as well and aren't as alert to potential threats. But, even with all the risks, I think free ranging is incredibly worth it. It keeps them happy and you get to see them running around your yard. I don't know...
