What breed and Gender is my bird?

Can you tell what breed and gender is this one? He was supposed to be a cuckoo maran but now it has shiny green feathers. It is about 6 months old....is big...no spurs or big comb...and doesn't crow, but it has rooster-like saddle feathers. Do I have a rooster here? I'm just not sure.

Definitely a cockerel. As for the breed, I have never had cuckoo marans but i'm pretty sure they arent supposed to have green feathers.

Cuckoo Marans cockerel. Also, that Barred bird who's butt is photobombing on the left, is showing male feathers as well.
