    I don't use a store bought waterer, but I just you a short round tin can. I clean it almost everyday. I don't put anything at all in the water. The waterer is right next to the food and they eat the food just fine.

    Is this normal? When it starts raining, the chicks don't go anywhere. They just get wet. I'm not sure if chickens can catch colds, but I don't want anything to be wrong with my chicks.
